My grandparents were my hero's. My grandmother passed away my sophomore year of high school. I wrote this song shortly after the passing of my grandfather in 2008. My grandfather was the most talented man I ever knew. There was literally nothing he couldn't do. I have so many great memories of the times I spent with both him and my grandmother. I love them dearly.
Don't Cry For ME
This was the first song that I wrote after I was diagnosed with stage 4 melanoma cancer. It took me 6 moths to recover from brain surgery but I remember getting the idea before the surgery. I began to slowly put it together once I had the strength to chord my guitar. I'm really not sure how I managed to make up this music let alone the words. I'm pretty sure I had some devine help on this tune.
